The Ukwa in Diaspora Group, representing the Ukwa people (Ndoki and ASA) residing outside Nigeria has sent its heartfelt congratulations to Governor Alex Otti on his inauguration as the Governor of Abia State. In a goodwill message by the Convener; Rt. Hon. (Amb) Graham Elendu addressed to Governor Otti, the group expressed their excitement and hopes for a successful tenure ahead.
