The Nigerian music industry is in mourning as Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, a 27-year-old rapper, singer, and songwriter, has tragically passed away. The former Marlian Records signee’s untimely death was confirmed by YBNL Music Executive and artist Olamide on Tuesday, leaving fans and fellow musicians in shock and sadness.

MohBad, known for hit songs like “Ponmo,” “Feel Good,” and “KPK (Ko Por Ke),” left Marlian Records in 2022 to pursue his solo career. His music earned him three nominations at The Headies Awards in 2022.
