Tinubu Commends Mastercard's Youth Empowerment Drive

President Bola Tinubu has voiced confidence in the vitality and potential of Nigerian youth during a meeting with Ms. Reeta Roy, CEO of Mastercard Foundation. Tinubu committed strong support for public-private partnerships aimed at providing dignified work opportunities for the youth.

He praised Mastercard Foundation’s initiative to create 10 million jobs, aligning with his economic development agenda. Tinubu welcomed the foundation’s focus on digitization as a tool against corruption, assuring robust collaboration for sustainable growth.

    Ms. Reeta Roy reported progress on the foundation’s Nigerian goal, impacting 2.1 million youth engaged in dignified work. She expressed eagerness to explore opportunities in the healthcare sector.
