In the latest twist of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show, nine housemates face possible eviction after being nominated on Monday. Housemates participated in an open nomination, as instructed by Biggie on Sunday, each nominating two contestants for eviction. The nominated housemates are Wanni, Handi, Shaun, Onyeka, Kassia, Nelly, Anita, Tjay, and Victoria.
This comes after the recent eviction of Ben and Chizoba, reducing the number of contestants to 14. The competition for the grand prize intensifies as more housemates find themselves on the chopping block.

In addition to the nominations, Biggie issued strikes to four housemates: Wanni, Handi, Shaun, and Kassia. The punishment was handed down after a video revealed the group conspiring about nominations, violating Article 16 of the house rules. The strikes warn other housemates to play by the rules as the stakes get higher.
