Miss Face of Humanity Nigeria (MFOH Nigeria) has unveiled its 14 inspiring delegates for the 2024 National Showcase, set to take place this November in Abuja. Under the theme “Shining Stars of Compassion,” these remarkable young women are poised to not only redefine beauty standards but also amplify humanitarian efforts across Nigeria and beyond. Here are the profiles of each delegate:
A 22-year-old human rights and gender equality advocate from Ekiti State. With a law degree and a commitment to social justice, she founded the Silenced Lips Initiative, impacting over 700 individuals through legal aid and advocacy. Her work with the Ekiti State Ministry of Women Affairs aims to advance women’s and children’s rights.
Hailing from Omoku, Rivers State, Precious is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt and a talented pencil artist. As Miss Earth Fire 2021 and MBGN Nasarawa 2022, she champions children’s rights and stronger protection laws, combining her skills as an event planner, graphic designer, and web developer.
A 21-year-old from Ebonyi State, Treasure graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and works as a Chinese translator. She aims for the Miss Face of Humanity Nigeria 2024 title, advocating against early child marriage and promoting mental health and women’s empowerment.
From Benue State, Lucy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and is a professional makeup artist. She volunteers with the Idoma Nation Education Advocacy Foundation, assisting students and embodying her belief that love can make the world a better place.
A 27-year-old educator and presenter from Abia State, Uche advocates for lifelong learning. As a 400-level media and communication management student, she inspires and teaches young minds, emphasizing the transformative power of education.
Born in Delta State, Marvis is a law graduate and founder of the Child’s Health and Right on Watch (CHROW). She advocates for children’s rights, working with UNICEF Nigeria to create a sustainable future where every child’s rights are protected.
Representing Kano State, Eleanor is a program manager and humanitarian advocate. She works with organizations like the Juremi Foundation and U-Save Foundation, promoting gender equality and justice for victims of sexual violence.
An entrepreneur from Kogi State, Iganya excels in hospitality, food management, and community development. Her charity events and mentorship programs empower orphans to discover their potential.
A 20-year-old Civil Engineering student from Cross River State, Priscillia is a freelance makeup artist and hairstylist. Her cheerful nature and passion for inclusivity reflect her dedication to making a positive impact in both engineering and beauty.
From Cross River, Manyi is a humanitarian and peace advocate. She founded the MAF Foundation and authored “The Power of the Girl Child.” Her focus on education and advocacy will be highlighted at the United Nations Best Diplomatic Conference in London.
A Project Research Associate and CPR/First Aid Training Coordinator, Mkperedem promotes effective bystander intervention during emergencies. Her work with Wellness Healthcare Group and the Health Emergency Initiative advances SDGs 3 and 17.
A media personality from Lagos State, Shofolu combines her love for dancing and singing with a passion for quality education. Her humanitarian work and advocacy for lifelong learning make her a beacon of hope.
A 21-year-old entrepreneur and fitness coach from Imo State, Jennifer blends her dance passion with professional pursuits in business consulting. Her commitment to personal and professional growth drives her advocacy for a healthier lifestyle.
A fashion model from Plateau State, Simi advocates for inclusive education and community integration for people with special needs. Her vision to involve special needs individuals in the modeling industry showcases her commitment to diversity.
