Rt. Hon. Emeka Chinedu has expressed his enthusiasm following the signing of the South East Development Commission (SEDC) Bill into law by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu. Representing Ahiazu Mbaise/Ezinihitte Federal Constituency, Hon. Chinedu was instrumental in supporting this landmark legislation.
According to a statement on his Facebook page, the SEDC Bill addresses crucial issues in the South East, including:
- Reconstruction and rehabilitation of critical infrastructure
- Solutions to ecological and environmental challenges
- Economic development and growth
- Job creation and local empowerment
- Promotion of national unity and healing of past wounds
