From a modest background in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria, Stella Okorie, the 3rd child of a Christian home with six children, developed her love and passion for the Modeling Industry while still in primary school. Then, she used to participate in fashion parades and cultural day kit up.
In an interview, the Nigerian beauty queen remarked: “I loved the way I fashioned out any style of material that I was given and by that I decided that modeling and the spotlight is indeed my calling”.
Growing up, Stella Okorie has always had a soft spot for the needy and the cravings for an impactful life. Revealing her passion to contribute to making the nation a better place, Miss Okorie noted:
“If I were to be crowned Miss Nigeria or Miss World she would spend some of the money in building a foundation that would aid train and assist the less privileged to raise their standards so that one day they may help others as well, she added that she believes that with such a cycle, the nation would be a better place “I believe with such a cycle the nation would be a better place”.
Five years from now Stella Okorie sees herself scaling greater heights and in a different position in life, which is very different from where she is currently. She wants to make a lot of changes and impact; she wants to be the voice of the voiceless as well as a super star, powerful and prolific woman.
Encouraging ladies who wants to venture into the modeling world never give up on their dreams; she noted thatthey should strive to conquer and never fear failure.
“In fact they should embrace it by avoiding bad energy and negative minded people because tough times don’t last but tough people do. More so, they should work hard towards achieving their goals.
